The start of filming Process:
Assume we know nothing about your company, how are you going to tell us every thing we need to know about your video, basically we start with your website (is yours up-to-date?), do you have a company profile?, what is your brand guidelines?…
consider all these information that we need to know make sure they are correct and clear and sent the over to us.
Scripting
Now we have all the details about your company, we start to develop a script in this script you will see highlighted text in order to address the important words.
in order to develop the right script we need to answer some questions:
- what is this video for?
- Is this for an IPO?
- Is it for customers who already understand the product, or for the general population?
- What is the core purpose of this video?
- where is it going to be presented?
Video Length : we recommend aiming for 3 to 4 minutes or shorter if possible.
Script Approval
Take your time to read the script. Say it out loud. Take a look, a listen and have a think. Does it include everything you want? Are some of the numbers in it completely wrong? check all the details and let’s have a clear vision about your video.
Budgeting and confirmation
Once we have a clear idea of what is required for the filming we will send an amended budget to you which encompasses everything that you are looking for in the video. Take some time to check each line item and that everything you are looking for is included.
Detailed scheduling
After getting approval and confirmation we work on location shooting scheduled in advanced, if we have interviews we have to prepare the locations and train the interviewers.
Actual Filming
On date of shooting you have to make sure that your staff, offices, factories …etc all of them are ready clean and prepared well, dedicate one of your employees to assists the crew, inform the crew if you don’t want some areas to be filmed, our crew will inform you in case anything needed or necessary.
Post Production
Our post production team will start working on these rushes and transform to the approves story board, we will send you draft video in order to get your final modification, after we receive your final modification we send you full HD video with final invoice.
